How do I reserve a unit?
You can enter your details into our complimentary quote system at the top of the page (WIP) and complete your online reservation at any time, 24/7. Alternatively, you can contact our local office at 888-480-0896 during business hours to speak with an agent directly.
Do I need an appointment to view the facility and storage spaces?
We love having visitors show up at our facility, but we recommend calling ahead to ensure someone will be available to assist you before stopping by.
How much notice is needed when I move out?
How do I access my storage unit while it's at your secure facility?
Accessing your storage unit is simple! We only need a one-business day notice to grant you access to your unit on our property and assist you in setting up your gate code for entry.
At what times am I able to access my unit if it's stored at your secure facility?
Do I need to be present when the driver delivers the container to my address?
No, you don’t need to be present. We’ll just give you a quick call before delivering the container to your location, typically with a 20-30 minute heads-up, understanding your busy schedule.
Can I get an exact timeframe for when my container will be delivered?
No, but the driver will call you beforehand (approx. 20-30 minutes) and you don’t need to be present for the container’s delivery.
Does the container need to be placed in my driveway?
No! We may occasionally position it on a non-paved area, depending on its condition. However, we typically avoid soft or muddy surfaces. The final placement is at the driver’s discretion to ensure safety for both parties.
